早产儿动脉导管未闭的机制及其对各脏器的影响

摘要

早产儿动脉导管未闭是新生儿科最有争议的话题之一，识别有血流动力学意义的动脉导管未闭对临床医生具有挑战性。导管闭合需要多种机制与潜在遗传因素的复杂相互作用，并受其调节。论文主要探讨了早产儿动脉导管未闭的机制及其对各脏器的影响，使临床医生更清楚地了解动脉导管未闭，识别血流动力学改变，从而对其进行综合评估，可能有助于对患儿进行危险分层，确保适当的诊断、监测和及时的干预治疗。
