环状RNA与类风湿关节炎及间质性肺病的研究进展

摘要

类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种慢性、常见的特发性自身免疫性疾病。在RA的并发症中，间质性肺病（interstitial lung disease，ILD）是最常受累的关节外表现，可显著降低患者的预后和生活质量，因此引起广泛关注。类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺病（rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease，RA-ILD）早期出现时多无明显的临床症状，因此RA-ILD的早期诊断及治疗对患者的预后极其重要。近年来研究发现，环状RNA（circRNA）参与多种疾病的发生发展过程，部分circRNA被证明参与RA及ILD的发病过程，可能成为RA及ILD诊断及预后的新的生物标志物，但目前尚无研究证实circRNA是否参与RA-ILD的发病机制。论文总结了目前circRNA在RA及ILD发病机制中的研究进展，探索circRNA是否能为RA-ILD的早期诊断与治疗带来新的研究方向。
