血浆NGAL对危重症后肾损伤患者CRRT终止预测的研究进展

摘要

急性肾损伤（Acute kidney injury，AKI）致死率高达71%~84%。连续肾脏替代疗法（continuous renal replacement therapy，CRRT）能够有效清除该类患者体内致病因子以及残余代谢物，已成为其主要救治手段。然而目前CRRT尚无终止标准，积极寻找实验室指标指导CRRT及时终止，可显著减轻患者费用负担、降低导管相关血流感染，又可以降低患者CRRT过程中出血风险。
