血浆NGAL对危重症后肾损伤患者CRRT终止预测的研究进展

摘要

急性肾损伤(Acute kidney injury,AKI)致死率高达71%~84%。连续肾脏替代疗法(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)能够有效清除该类患者体内致病因子以及残余代谢物,已成为其主要救治手段。然而目前CRRT尚无终止标准,积极寻找实验室指标指导CRRT及时终止,可显著减轻患者费用负担、降低导管相关血流感染,又可以降低患者CRRT过程中出血风险。
