粪便钙卫蛋白在婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏中的应用现状

摘要

牛奶蛋白过敏是指机体对一种或几种牛奶蛋白产生的可重复出现的由免疫机制介导的机体不良反应,多见于婴幼儿时期,目前获得耐受的相关机制仍不清楚,其症状多无特异性,表现轻重不一,主要累及皮肤、消化系统和呼吸道系统等,导致早期诊断困难。临床上婴幼儿腹泻如果治疗不及时,极易导致腹泻迁延不愈,甚至出现血便、腹胀、反复呕吐等症状,严重者可影响儿童生长发育。由于本病容易出现漏诊、误诊、诊断延迟等,加上诊断及动态监测病情目前无特异性生物学指标,故寻找特异性生物学指标对帮助早期诊断非常重要。论文就粪便钙蛋白在婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏症中的应用现状作一综述。
