髋关节囊周围神经（PENG）阻滞在髋部手术中的应用

摘要

髋关节囊周围神经阻滞是近年来新出现的区域阻滞技术，应用于髋部以及下肢手术术后镇痛。对于髋部骨折手术术后往往伴随着剧烈疼痛，患者术后镇痛不佳、术后首次下床行走时间延后，这些都会增加患者住院时间以及术后并发症的发生率。传统用于术后镇痛的方法为全身应用阿片类药物，后续出现了区域镇痛技术，减少了阿片类药物的应用，从而减少了药物的副作用，最早出现的为股神经阻滞以及髂筋膜神经阻滞，这些区域镇痛方式会导致患者术后股四头肌无力，最新出现的髋关节囊周围神经阻滞不仅可以满足患者术后的镇痛还不影响患者术后肌力，使患者可以更早期活动减少术后并发症。因此，髋关节囊周围神经阻滞应用日益增多，随着对其的使用，对该项技术的认识也会逐渐增加。
