共轭亚油酸适用于不同人群食品开发的应用综述
摘要
共轭亚油酸作为新资源食品,因其具有调节机体免疫、减肥、增强骨质、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种生理功能,广泛应用于科研学术研究和生产应用研究。本文以共轭亚油酸的生理功能为基础,综述了共轭亚油酸在免疫调节、减肥、增强骨质和抗肿瘤四个方面的生理功能及作用机理,对应四种不同机能状况的人群,为不同类型的食品开发提供了指导依据。
