观察彩色多普勒超声诊断胎盘早剥的应用效果

摘要

目的：讨论彩色多普勒超声诊断胎盘早剥的应用效果。方法：选择胎盘早剥患者50例，对患者使用彩色多普勒超声诊断，分析诊断价值。结果：胎盘早剥的彩色多普勒超声检出率为90.00%，其中有3例患者出现漏诊，有2例患者发生误诊的情况。在轻型胎盘早剥患者中产前诊断的占96.00%（24/25），重型胎盘早剥患者中产前诊断的占95.00%（19/20）。结论：在胎盘早剥患者中使用彩色多普勒超声诊断，可提高检测准确性，为治疗提供依据。
