脑氧饱和度监测下不同剂量右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜手术患者术后焦虑的影响

摘要

目的：探讨脑氧饱和度监测下不同剂量右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜手术患者术后焦虑的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院2022年3月—2023年3月行腹腔镜手术的老年患者105例，随机分为：Dex1组（术中以0.2ug/kg/h的速率静脉输注右美托咪定）；Dex2组（术中以0.5 ug/kg/h的速率静脉输注右美托咪定）；对照组C组（术中泵注生理盐水），每组35例。结果：Dex1、Dex2组术后1d、3d SAS评分均低于C组（P＜0.05）。与C组相比，Dex1、Dex2组术中瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚用量均减少（P＜0.05）。Dex1、Dex2组T2（切皮时）、T3（拔管时）时MAP、HR低于C组（P＜0.05）。结论：手术过程中采用右美托咪定泵注，可能对老年患者进行腹腔镜手术后的焦虑症状产生积极的影响，减少术中麻醉药物用量，稳定血流动力学。
