糖代谢紊乱在脓毒症中的研究进展

摘要

脓毒症(sepsis)是宿主对感染的免疫反应失调导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,是全球范围内导致死亡的主要疾病之一。脓毒症发病机制复杂,早期伴随促炎抗炎机制的出现,会导致过度炎症和免疫抑制,甚至出现长期的代谢紊乱。脓毒症时发生糖代谢紊乱会出现高血糖、低血糖和血糖变异性增加。脓毒症患者糖代谢紊乱发生率高,与疾病严重程度、病死率及并发症的增加密切相关。因此,研究脓毒症时糖代谢紊乱的机制及治疗对糖代谢紊乱逆转十分重要。
