热性惊厥发病机制研究进展

摘要

热性惊厥(FS)是发热状态下出现的惊厥发作,且无中枢神经系统感染及导致惊厥的其他证据,既往也不存在无热惊厥史。FS是儿童时期常见的神经系统疾病,总体预后良好,但部分患儿反复发作可继发为癫痫。目前,热性惊厥的发病机制尚不十分明确,近年来研究显示,热性惊厥可能与感染、炎性细胞因子、遗传因素、离子通道异常等有关,重视热性惊厥发病机制的研究与探讨,有助于展开制定有效的干预措施。为此,论文就FS的发病机制进行综述分析,有助于更好地展开临床工作。
