脑小血管病与步态平衡功能障碍的研究进展

摘要

脑小血管病(CSVD)是一种常见的脑血管疾病,是导致步态和平衡障碍的重要原因。步态和平衡障碍会进一步导致跌倒的风险增加和生活质量下降,导致意外伤害和死亡率的增加,给家庭和护理人员带来巨大的负担。CSVD可通过影响认知功能或直接破坏运动通路对步态和平衡功能造成损害,不同的CSVD影像学特征具有不同的步态和平衡功能损害特征,目前有关CSVD和步态平衡障碍的关系尚不完全清楚。论文针对散发性CSVD不同影像学特征与步态及平衡障碍的相关性做一综述。
