床旁超声评估脓毒症心功能研究进展

摘要

脓毒症是基于宿主对感染反应严重失衡出现的危及生命的器官功能障碍。心脏是最容易受累并造成高死亡率的器官之一。监测心功能状态对脓毒症患者治疗及预后至关重要,床旁超声成为目前ICU评估心功能的关键手段。SC超声下表现不仅包含有传统的收缩功能下降,还有射血分数正常的收缩能力受损、舒张功能障碍、右室功能障碍,患者自身条件的受限及各种治疗手段的干预,都有可能影响床旁超声判别结果,复杂的临床环境中如何选择准确、快速且易复制,利于动态观察的超声心功能指标,对于监测脓毒症患者心功能变化以指导临床决策及判断预后具有重要意义。论文讨论各类床旁超声易实施的超声指标在脓毒症中不同的评价效能和治疗意义。
