艾司氯胺酮围术期应用进展

摘要

氯胺酮是一款经典静脉麻醉药物，艾司氯胺酮是氯胺酮的纯右旋异构体，是一种更有效的N-甲基-D-天冬氨（NMDA）受体拮抗剂。作为一种新型的麻醉镇痛药，其具有比氯胺酮更强的镇静和镇痛作用和更少的不良反应的特点，且呼吸抑制较轻，体内消除更快，抗抑郁作用明确，广泛应用于手术麻醉，疼痛管理，精神疾病和急危重症诊疗等学科。论文旨在综述艾司氯胺酮的药理学特性、围术期麻醉应用以及其常见不良反应，以便提供对这种多功能药物的围术期应用更深入的理解。
