国家早期预警评分 2 在临床应用的研究进展

摘要

在急诊科的工作中，及早识别危重症患者并对其进行预防措施是至关重要的。通常情况下，与住院患者相比，急诊科患者具有更多的不确定性，病情进展可能迅速、突然，快速、准确的分诊及预检对患者预后改善具有重大意义。早期预警评分2为简单易获得的生理参数，可通过分值高低体现患者生理变化，对患者疾病的严重程度及预后评估具有一定的作用，最常用于急诊科、重症监护室，近年来逐渐应用于各种疾病。论文通过对国家早期预警评分2的概念、发展、内容、临床应用及其不足等方面的研究进行综述。
