气单胞菌全基因组测序的研究现状

摘要

气单胞菌属包含36种革兰阴性杆菌,其中被视为潜在人类病原体的通常是嗜水气单胞菌、豚鼠气单胞菌、达卡气单胞菌和维氏气单胞菌。近年来,临床分离出耐碳青霉烯类气单胞菌的报道不断增多,对人类健康构成严重威胁。不断发展的全基因组测序技术为微生物基因组学的发展提供了强有力的技术支持。通过对气单胞菌菌株的全基因组测序,能够更全面地了解其分型、耐药性、毒力因子等特征,从而采取更有针对性的措施应对这一威胁。与其他属不同,常规生化测试、16SrRNA测序、质谱均会错误地区分气单胞菌属,因此全基因组测序在气单胞菌的相关研究中是有必要的。快速和准确的全基因组测序有助于对气单胞菌感染进行准确和具体的诊断,从而有助于治疗。
