微卫星不稳定在结直肠癌的应用及研究进展

摘要

结直肠癌(CRC)在中国发病率第三,仅次于肺癌和乳腺癌,是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。目前研究发现了三种基因组 不稳定方式引起分子致癌,包括染色体不稳定性(CIN),微卫星不稳定性(MSI),CpG岛甲基化表型(CIMP)。其中微 卫星不稳定与错配修复(MMR)基因密切相关。MSI作为结肠癌最早且最为重要的分子标记物之一,对结肠癌的诊断、病理 特征、预后评估、治疗手段选择具有重要意义。因此,论文就微卫星不稳定在结肠癌的应用及研究进展做简要综述。
