幽门螺杆菌根除治疗对宿主代谢影响的研究进展

摘要

幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）是一种常见的胃部细菌感染，与胃炎、胃溃疡和胃癌等胃部疾病有关，其定植于胃上皮细胞时，不仅会诱导局部组织炎症或恶性转化，还会导致宿主代谢的全身和部分变化，根除幽门螺杆菌是治疗和预防这些疾病的重要策略之一，但根除治疗同样也会影响宿主代谢。近年来，随着代谢组学技术的发展，越来越多的研究关注到幽门螺杆菌感染以及根除治疗对宿主代谢稳态的影响。论文将综述该领域的重要研究成果及其临床意义。
