三维超声心动图诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的应用与进展

摘要

在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart atherosclerotic disease,CAD)的诊断过程中,常见评估工具有超声心动图、CT、核磁共振、冠状动脉造影、心肌核素显像等。其中,具有无创性、无放射性、实时动态、经济便民等优点的超声心动图较为常用,具有放射性、价格高、检查时间长、禁忌症多等缺点的CT、核磁共振、冠状动脉造影在临床上的应用受多方面限制。常规的二维超声心动图(two -dimensional echocardiography, 2-DE)在临床实践中普及率高,但仍有不足之处,如几何学假设、切面单一等。如今,三维超声心动图(three-dimensional echocardiography,3-DE)不断发展,已经完成由静态向动态再到实时的突破。接下来论文将综述3-DE在诊断CAD上的应用与进展。
