硫酸镁治疗重症子痫前期 / 子痫的不良反应及毒副作用的荟萃分析

摘要

目的：分析硫酸镁治疗重症子痫前期/子痫的不良反应和毒副作用，为临床提供参考。结果：纳入使用硫酸镁治疗的12520例孕产妇，静脉用药的患者更多表现为潮红、恶心、呕吐、心悸、肌肉无力、呼吸抑制、急性肾损伤及产后出血和心跳骤停、意识丧失等危及生命的不良反应，其有效药物浓度为1.8~3.0mmol/L（4.2mg/dl~7.2mg/dl）。结论：使用硫酸镁预防和控制重症子痫前期/子痫的治疗窗极窄，很容易出现治疗浓度不达标及中毒的情况，需加强监测血镁浓度。
