鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制的研究进展
摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,AB)为不动杆菌属中最常见的,在水、土壤、医院环境及人体与外界相通的系统中普遍存在,为医院的重要致病菌之一。近年来此菌感染在增加,且其耐药性也与日俱增,耐碳青霉烯类的鲍曼不动杆菌在中国发展很快,近来又发现“全耐药”鲍曼不动杆菌,目前鲍曼不动杆菌被中国定为最重要的“超级细菌” 。因此,本文将对鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制进行概述。鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制较复杂,主要包括产抗菌药物灭活酶、外排系统的高表达、膜孔蛋白的缺失、药物作用靶位的变化、整合子、质粒、转座子、形成细菌生物膜和亚致死剂量的抗病原微生物药物诱导等。
