普拉提动作对慢性非特异性颈痛患者颈部肌肉形态和焦虑水平的影响:一项基于肌骨超声技术的研究

摘要

背景:慢性非特异性颈痛(Chronic non-specific neck pain,CNNP)患病率高,且常伴有抑郁和焦虑等心理问题,本文的研究目的是探究普拉提运动是否能促进CNNP患者的身心健康。方法:自本院选取72例确诊为CNNP的患者并随机分为对照组和实验组,前组进行28日的常规康复治疗,后组在常规康复的基础上接受普拉提动作的训练。疗程结束后,嘱实验组私下坚持一周三次的普拉提运动,对照组不进行运动。记录治疗和随访期间患者颈部肌肉厚度和SAS评分的变化。结果:两组SAS评分和颈浅肌群厚度均降低、颈深肌群厚度均增加,实验组的变化更大。结论:普拉提动作可以改善CNNP患者颈部肌肉形态和焦虑水平。
