儿童恶性肿瘤治疗所致恶心呕吐的研究探讨——福沙匹坦相关研究与临床应用综述

摘要

目的：分析研究福沙匹坦双葡甲胺用于儿童恶性肿瘤所致恶心呕吐的治疗，探讨其临床效果以及安全性。方法：论文通过对相关文献综合分析，从药物特点、作用机制、联合用药方案、药物不良反应、恶心呕吐控制及缓解程度方面，以国内外临床数据对比，该药物在儿童恶性肿瘤治疗过程的数据以及成人恶性肿瘤治疗过程的数据，分析和综合评价。结论：福沙匹坦双葡甲胺在治疗用药方案里单独使用、联合用药对恶心呕吐治疗完全缓解差异性提供用药参考。
