绝经后女性甘油三酯 - 葡萄糖体质指数与冠心病的关系

摘要

目的：探索绝经后女性中甘油三酯葡萄糖体质指数（TyG-BMI）和冠心病的关系。方法：选择2022年10月1日—2024年3月1日期间就诊于保定市第一中心医院心血管内科的绝经后女性疑似冠心病患者158例作为观察对象，根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组（n=118）和非冠心病组（n=40），计算TyG-BMI。行logistic回归分析探讨绝经后女性患冠心病的影响因素并绘制受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线评估TyG-BMI对绝经后女性冠心病的预测价值。结果：①冠心病组的TyG-BMI高于非冠心病组（P＜0.05）。②logistic回归分析均显示TyG-BMI是绝经后女性患冠心病的独立危险因素。③TyG-BMI预测绝经后女性冠心病的ROC曲线下面积为0.764（95%CI：0.676~0.851，P=0.044）。结论：TyG-BMI是绝经后女性患冠心病独立危险因素和预测因子。
