乳腺癌骨转移的相关研究进展

摘要

乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,从临床表现上讲,乳腺癌会优先转移到骨骼,显著影响了乳腺癌患者的生活质量和生存率,加重了社会经济负担。乳腺癌骨转移的转移治疗是乳腺癌治疗过程中一个具有挑战性的方面,在过去的几年里,越来越多的研究报道了促进乳腺癌细胞原发性和转移部位骨转移的因素。识别与骨转移相关的因素有助于早期识别骨转移趋势,针对这些因素并最大限度地减少对骨骼的副作用仍有待进一步探索。因此,论文就目前乳腺癌骨转移领域的研究现状作一综述。
