铜代谢分子机制及相关疾病概述

摘要

铜是一种重要的氧化还原活性金属,在呼吸、抗氧化、组织完整性和突触功能中发挥着关键作用。人体内铜的含量处于一种动态平衡,铜平衡调节的改变可能会导致多种疾病的发生,因此铜的运输和细胞内的铜含量受到严格的调控。论文综述了细胞铜吸收、储存和输出机制的现有知识,还概述已被公认的两种遗传性铜代谢障碍疾病:威尔逊病和门克斯病,最后总结了目前对铜与肿瘤之间联系的理解并探讨了如何利用铜死亡来解决相关领域的挑战。
