冻融胚胎移植周期使用己酮可可碱治疗结局研究

摘要

目的:探讨子宫内膜偏薄患者冻融胚胎移植(frozen-thawed embryo transfer,FET)周期使用己酮可可碱治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019 年1月至2021年6月于我院进行FET的子宫内膜偏薄患者60例,其中对照组38例,己酮可可碱组22例,比较两组间着床率、临床妊娠率及早期自然流产率差异。结果:两组间着床率、临床妊娠率无显著差异,己酮可可碱组早期自然流产率较对照组显著降低(P=0.046)。结论:子宫内膜偏薄的患者FET周期使用己酮可可碱治疗可降低早期自然流产率。
