开放改良 MASON-ALLEN 缝合术治疗巨大肩袖损伤的临床体会

摘要

目的：探讨老年肩袖损伤患者开放改良MASON-ALLEN肩袖缝合术临床应用及临床效果。方法：自2016年1月—2020年10月间给16例肩袖损伤（4型）患者施行开放改良mason allen肩袖缝合术,损伤肩袖利用改良的mason ellon方法缝合加桥式方法固定在肱骨大结节打结，术后肩关节悬吊,术后早起功能锻炼。结果：所有患者随访6~20个月,平均为13个月,未见感染及冻肩症状,肩关节疼痛均明显缓解,尤其是夜间疼痛,术后平均UCLA评分由术前的13.3分提高至30.6分。结论：开放肩袖改良mason allen缝合术是治疗巨大肩袖撕裂损伤的可靠而有效的方法之一。
