胃癌血清学标志物的研究现状

摘要

探寻早期胃癌的诊断新方法，是提高胃癌患者生存率最重要的方案之一，本文通过分类概括世界各国近年来血清学方法诊断胃癌的研究情况，为胃癌的早期诊断提供依据。临床常用的糖类抗原、传统的胃蛋白酶原及新型血清肿瘤标志物，为胃癌的早期诊断提供了简单便捷、安全灵敏、利于动态监测的检测方式，对早期胃癌的筛查诊断及胃癌的预后判断、复发检出等均具有重要意义。
