院前心脏骤停急救技术的应用与实践成效概览

摘要

目的：梳理心脏骤停院前急救技术的最新进展，评估其在提升患者生存率、改善预后方面的实际效果，为优化急救实践提供参考。方法：以“心脏骤停”等为关键词，检索PubMed、中国知网等数据库，整理相关文献并分析。结果：院前急救是心脏骤停救治的关键，其及时性和有效性影响患者结局。快速诊断技术有助于早期识别和病因诊断，气道管理、心肺支持等能纠正病理生理改变，高质量心肺复苏是基础，新兴技术和策略提高复苏效果，规范转运是后续治疗前提，成熟急救体系可提高生存率和改善神经功能。结论：快速诊断、规范处置、高质量心肺复苏和高效转运是核心，建议加强技术创新、优化流程、提升人员能力和公众急救知识普及率，以提高急救效率和患者预后。
