茶氨酸缓解阿尔兹海默症的作用及机制研究

摘要

本文综述了茶氨酸在缓解阿尔兹海默症中的作用及其潜在机制。茶氨酸作为茶叶中的主要活性成分,近年来被发现具有神经保护作用。本文首先介绍了阿尔兹海默症的病理特征和茶氨酸的化学特性,随后详细阐述了茶氨酸在缓解阿尔兹海默症中的多种作用,包括抗氧化应激、抑制神经炎症、调节神经递质、抑制Aβ沉积和tau蛋白过度磷酸化等。此外,本文还探讨了茶氨酸的潜在机制,涉及调节信号通路、改善线粒体功能和调节自噬等方面。本研究总结了当前关于阿尔茨海默症研究的局限性,并对食品天然成分茶氨酸干预阿尔茨海默症提供了新的研究思路。
