多模态超声技术及人工智能预测甲状腺乳头状癌颈部侧区淋巴结转移的研究进展

摘要

甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)侧颈淋巴结转移(lateral lymph node metastasis, LLNM)是影响手术决策及预后的关键因素。传统超声对LLNM的评估存在操作者依赖性高、微小转移灶识别能力不足等局限性。多模态超声技术(高频超声、弹性成像、超声造影)通过多参数联合分析显著提升诊断敏感度,而人工智能(AI)尤其是深度学习(deep learning, DL)技术,可挖掘超声图像中微观特征,实现LLNM的精准预测。本文系统综述多模态超声与AI融合技术的最新进展,探讨其在LLNM术前评估中的应用价值,并展望未来发展方向。
