BMI、VFA 与结直肠癌的相关性研究

摘要

随着现代饮食模式的西方化转型,高脂、高糖膳食结构逐渐成为主流生活方式,由此引发的肥胖及内脏脂肪堆积人群数量呈现持续攀升态势。作为临床常用的人体测量指标,BMI和V FA已被证实与慢性代谢性疾病及恶性肿瘤的发生发展存在显著关联。在消化系统肿瘤中,结直肠癌与肥胖的相关性尤为突出,大量流行病学研究显示超重及肥胖人群的结直肠癌发病率较正常体重人群显著升高。然而,目前关于体脂参数影响结直肠癌的具体分子机制尚未完全阐明。本文就BMI、V FA与结直肠癌的相关性研究进展做一综述,为求探索BMI、VA F如何独立或协同影响结直肠癌风险,旨在为结直肠癌的筛查与防治提供依据。
