肿瘤心理创伤与临床心理治疗的相关性研究

摘要

临床研究发现，80%以上的肿瘤患者，均有不同程度的心理创伤病史，由于肿瘤手术和化放疗，极度加剧的痛苦和绝望，使得大部分患者的心理创伤被唤醒，身体的病痛和心理的病痛内外交加，产生严重的心理变态，对治疗和康复效果，造成巨大干扰。笔者在多年肿瘤康复临床研究中发现，在整个肿瘤康复过程中，大部分心理创伤患者，均有特定性心理治疗的强烈需求。与一般意义的心理治疗远远不同，他们不但需要创伤溯源，制定特殊的有针对性的心理治疗方案，同时还需要关注患者的身体痛苦，如疼痛，失眠，营养不良等新的心理创伤，以及对于复发转移的恐惧，能否活下去的极度焦虑等等新的心理伤害，才可以制定出个性化的综合性治疗方案。
