机械通气患者早期主动运动的研究进展

摘要

目前，机械通气是危重症患者救治的有效治疗手段，但因机械通气长时间制动的患者会发生ICU 获得性衰弱（ICUAW）等一系列器官功能障碍^[1-2]，并会进一步延长机械通气时间，增加病死率^[3]。早期运动疗法能增强患者呼吸肌的肌力和耐力，提高患者的活动能力^[4]，减少或降低并发症的发生。早期活动主张在ICU机械通气患者治疗早期便开始给予活动指导，不仅能改善其运动耐力，还可帮助患者获得良好的主观感受。本文对机械通气患者早期主动运动的运动方式、内容、效果评价和国际应用现状等方面进行综述，现报道如下。
