关节周围血管收缩剂浸润技术在全膝关节置换术的应用效果评价

摘要

全膝关节置换术是一种治疗终末期膝关节骨关节炎的一种有效方法，随着中国老龄人口数不断增加，每年接受全膝关节置换术的人数在快速地增长。全膝关节置换术是常见的与术后明显疼痛和出血相关的手术，因此如何正确处理术后疼痛和减少围术期出血已成为外科领域关注的焦点。然而，目前临床虽多采用术中止血带来减少出血，但多数患者术后仍需要输血，同时使用止血带可能诱发多种并发症。目前的镇痛方案仍有不足，如神经阻滞消退后爆发痛及肌力影响。近年来，关节周围血管收缩剂浸润技术逐渐受到关注，研究表明该技术能够通过局部施用血管收缩剂，显著减轻术后疼痛并降低出血率。[1]
