绵阳地区脱贫村卫生现状及村民健康情况调查研究

摘要

脱贫村卫生状况反映农村精神面貌，关系村民健康水平和生活质量，事关脱贫和乡村振兴。为全面了解绵阳地区脱贫村卫生现状及村民健康情况，笔者作为三甲医院下派的驻村干部，开展了脱贫村卫生现状及村民健康情况调查研究，发现绵阳地区脱贫村整体卫生现状良好，少数脱贫村民健康状况堪忧，有待进一步提升。建议在接续开展乡村振兴工作中，注重加强农村卫生工作，关注、关心农村人群身心健康问题。进一步加强农村医疗卫生资源投入和卫生设施建设，改善脱贫村人居卫生环境。更加关注农村医疗保险实施，切实减轻村民医疗费用支出，防止因病致贫返贫发生。
