髋关节软骨与骨软骨损伤治疗的相关进展研究

摘要

软骨与骨软骨损伤涵盖关节软骨或软骨下骨的一系列急性或慢性缺损。此类损伤可由多种不同疾病和创伤引起,包括剥脱性骨软骨炎、骨软骨缺损、骨软骨骨折、软骨下骨坏死等。由于软骨的再生和自我修复能力有限,这些损伤可进展为骨关节炎。髋关节骨软骨损伤可对关节面造成显著破坏并降低生活质量,治疗此类损伤可能较为困难,尤其是年轻且活跃的患者。目前用于治疗髋关节软骨及骨软骨损伤的方法有多种并已取得成效,但当前文献中仍缺乏头对头比较研究和大样本量研究,未来需要开展更多研究,为髋关节软骨、骨软骨损伤的治疗提供恰当的临床建议。
