粪便样本中 DNA 甲基化生物标志物在结直肠癌筛查中的进展

摘要

结直肠癌(Colorectal Cancer, CRC)是癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一,每年导致数百万患者丧生,给公共卫生系统带来沉重负担。尽管现有的筛查方法如粪便潜血试验(FIT)、结肠镜检查等在一定程度上降低了CRC的死亡率,但其局限性促使研究者探索更有效的筛查手段。近年来,基于粪便DNA甲基化生物标志物的检测技术因其非侵入性、高敏感性和特异性而备受关注。本文综述了DNA甲基化生物标志物在CRC筛查中的研究进展,比较了其与传统筛查方法的优劣,并探讨了未来发展方向。
