脑转移瘤伽玛刀治疗固定方式的进展

摘要

脑转移瘤(Brain Metastases,BM)是一种常见的颅内恶性肿瘤,随着放射影像技术的迅速发展,其治愈率也得到了提高,伽玛刀(Gamma Knife Radiosurgery ,GKS)作为该疾病的主要治疗方式之一,治疗前需综合患者肿瘤的位置、大小、数量,患者的身体状况、耐受程度等因素,选择合适的固定方式。本文综述了脑转移瘤伽玛刀治疗中的固定方式,分析了不同固定方式的特点、优势及不足,为临床选择合适的固定方式提供参考,以提高治疗的精准性和安全性。
