VExUS 评分在临床应用中的进展

摘要

VExUS评分(Vascular Excess Ultrasound Score)是一种新兴的超声评分系统,旨在评估患者的血管状态及其对心血管疾病的影响。随着心脏病、肾脏病及危重症管理等领域对容量评估需求的增加,其在临床实践中的应用逐渐受到关注。本文综述了VExUS评分的评估方法及其在不同病理状态下的有效性和局限性。通过对现有文献的分析,探讨了VExUS评分在指导临床决策、改善患者预后方面的潜力,并对其与其他评分系统的比较进行了评估。尽管VExUS评分在临床应用中展现出重要价值,但其标准化流程的优化、适用范围的扩展以及与其他影像学技术结合的研究仍需进一步深入探讨。综上所述,VExUS评分在临床实践中具有广泛的应用前景,但未来尚需更多的前瞻性研究以验证其有效性和可靠性。
