维持性血透患者心血管事件相关危险因素分析

摘要

目的 研究血液透析患者心血管事件的相关危险因素。方法选取2022年6月至2025年5月我院血液透析的80名患者，分为有心血管事件组和无心血管事件组，收集患者一般资料及实验室指标进行统计分析；选取单因素分析中有统计学差异的指标进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果有30%的血透患者合并心血管事件，与无心血管事件组相比，两组患者的年龄、透龄、甲状旁腺激素、血磷具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论高龄、透龄较长、甲状旁腺激素偏高、高磷血症是血液透析患者心血管事件的相关危险因素。
