“BOPPPS+ 情景模拟”双轨教学模式在呼吸科住院医师培训中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨“BOPPPS+情景模拟”双轨教学模式在呼吸科住院医师培训中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年7月至2024年4月于包头市中心医院呼吸科规培的40名医师，按随机数字表法分为基础组（n=20，传统教学）与结合组（n=20，“BOPPPS+情景模拟”教学）。对比两组考核成绩、教学满意度、自我评价及自我效能感。结果：培训后，两组理论知识、临床实践、医患沟通及技能操作成绩均较培训前显著提高（P<0.05）；结合组各项成绩均高于基础组（P<0.05）。结合组对教学内容、方式、态度及氛围的满意度均高于基础组（P<0.05）。结论：“BOPPPS+情景模拟”教学模式能更有效地提升住院医师的理论与临床技能，增强学习积极性与综合素养。
