“BOPPPS+ 情景模拟”双轨教学模式在呼吸科住院医师培训中的应用研究

摘要

目的:探讨“BOPPPS+情景模拟”双轨教学模式在呼吸科住院医师培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年7月至2024年4月于包头市中心医院呼吸科规培的40名医师,按随机数字表法分为基础组(n=20,传统教学)与结合组(n=20,“BOPPPS+情景模拟”教学)。对比两组考核成绩、教学满意度、自我评价及自我效能感。结果:培训后,两组理论知识、临床实践、医患沟通及技能操作成绩均较培训前显著提高(P<0.05);结合组各项成绩均高于基础组(P<0.05)。结合组对教学内容、方式、态度及氛围的满意度均高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论:“BOPPPS+情景模拟”教学模式能更有效地提升住院医师的理论与临床技能,增强学习积极性与综合素养。
