针药复合麻醉与传统药物滴定在失眠患者中的应用效果与安全性研究

摘要

目的：本研究旨在评估针药复合麻醉与传统药物滴定在失眠患者中的应用效果与安全性方面的差异。方法：本研究为回顾性对照研究，对 2025 年 4 月至 2026 年 4 月承德县中医院收治的失眠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，共纳入100名失眠患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组接受针药复合麻醉治疗，对照组接受传统药物滴定麻醉。结果：观察组术前睡眠质量评分为（23.4±3.2），术后为（14.1±2.5），明显优于对照组术前（24.1±3.4），术后（18.7±2.8）。术后恢复时间和药物使用量在观察组也显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。不良反应发生率在观察组为6%，对照组为14%。结论：针药复合麻醉在失眠患者的治疗中效果显著，能够有效改善睡眠质量，减少药物使用，且具有较低的不良反应发生率，具有较高的临床应用价值。
