IVUS指导生物可吸收支架（Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold,BRS）置入及术后即刻评价

摘要

随着中国人口老龄化的进程加快，社会环境及生活方式的改变使冠心病的发病率逐年增加。据统计，中国冠心病的发病率约300/10 万人，其死亡率高达 35% 左右。冠状动脉支架置入术确实可以有效地解除冠脉狭窄，改善心肌供血，预防不良心血管事件。药物涂层的金属支架也一直是临床介入治疗的首选，但人们对于“金属异物”的顾虑，支架内的再狭窄及长期抗血小板聚集药物口服所产生的潜在风险，让临床医生和患者对可吸收支架及非置入治疗充满期待。新型西罗莫司洗脱生物可吸收支架（NeoVas）作为国产新型生物可吸收支架，采用完全可降解聚合物材料聚乳酸（PLLA）作为支架基体材料，表面喷涂一层完全可降解聚合物载体涂层药物，载体为完全可降解外消旋聚乳酸（PDLLA），药物为具有抑制血管平滑肌细胞增生作用的雷帕霉素。植入人体后，可以实现血运重建、支架降解吸收和血管修复的效果。
