放射性肠炎的治疗进展

摘要

放射性肠炎（RE）是放疗后常见的肠道并发症，能累及肠道任何部位。临床主要表现为腹痛、腹泻，肛门灼热，里急后重，严重者可继发为肠梗阻、肠穿孔以及肠瘘等，严重影响患者生活质量。目前，临床上对RE缺乏统一的治疗策略。论文针对RE近5年的治疗进展作一综述，争取为RE的防治提供新思路，新参考。
