摘要

放射性肺炎（radiation pneumonitis，RP）是由于胸部肿瘤（肺癌、食管癌等）放射治疗后，可能出现的严重并发症之一，极大的影响了患者的治疗效果和生活质量。基于此，论文对目前放射性肺炎的治疗进展进行综述，以期为放射性肺炎的临床诊疗提供借鉴。
