三维培养在研究白血病细胞耐药性方面的应用

摘要

急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)是血液系统恶性肿瘤,具有高度的异质性。白血病细胞对化疗药物耐药成为制约白血病治疗的关键难题。体外细胞培养模型是研究急性白血病发生、发展的重要实验方法。与传统的二维细胞培养相比,三维细胞培养模型能更有效地模拟白血病体内微环境,为探索白血病细胞生物学特性提供了良好的实验平台。近年来,越来越多的研究者应用三维细胞培养模型进行细胞耐药性研究,以期提供更有效的潜在治疗药物。论文总结了近年来关于三维培养及其在AL耐药性的体外研究中的应用。
