维生素D代谢通路基因单核苷酸多态性与呼吸系统疾病的研究进展

摘要

维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,是人体的必需维生素,除具有调节钙磷代谢的经典效应外,还可以通过调节免疫细胞的生长、分化、代谢来参与机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫过程。近年来,大量研究表明维生素D的缺乏会增加呼吸系统疾病的发生率,呼吸系统疾病主要包括支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病、肺结核、急性上呼吸道感染及肺炎等疾病。维生素D代谢通路基因在维生素D转变为活性维生素D的过程中起十分重要的调控作用,主要包括CYP2R1、CYP27B1、CYP24A1、VDBP、VDR五个基因,基因的遗传多态性是个体差异和疾病发生发展的分子基础。论文就维生素D代谢通路基因单核苷酸多态性与呼吸系统相关疾病的研究进行总结归纳,为未来治疗提供新思路
