长链非编码RNA SNHG3在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其预后作用

摘要

目的:探讨SNHG3在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其潜在预后价值。方法:利用公共数据库研究SNHG3在乳腺癌中的作用。采用实时定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测乳腺癌组织及其配对癌旁组织中SNHG3的表达水平,并比较两组之间的表达差异。采用卡方检验分析乳腺癌中SNHG3的表达水平与临床病理特征之间的相关性,随后进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析,并使用Cox回归模型进一步研究SNHG3的表达在乳腺癌中的预后价值。结果:在乳腺癌患者中,SNHG3在癌组织中表达水平较癌旁组织明显升高,且SNHG3的表达高低与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈正相关。高表达组患者的无病生存期(disease-free survival,DFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)均短于低表达组,且SNHG3可能是乳腺癌患者DFS和OS的独立预后因素。结论:SNHG3在乳腺癌组织中表达升高,且与较大肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移和TNM分期晚有关,是乳腺癌患者的独立危险因素,可能成为乳腺癌患者预后标志物之一。
