蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶在COPD中的作用研究进展

摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征的慢性病,目前认为其发病机制与蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶失衡引起的气道重塑有关。论文主要从蛋白酶的分子结构及其对气道重塑的作用分别论述了丝氨酸属类的中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(Neutrophil elastase, NE)和基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metalloproteinase, MMP),及与之对应的蛋白酶抑制剂分别为α1-抗胰蛋白酶(α1-Antitrypsin,α1-AT)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(Tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase,TIMP)以及它们的联合作用如NE/α1-AT、MMP/TIMP的失衡对慢阻肺气道重塑的影响。
